A game about the history of China.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms 3 is a game based on the ancient history of China developed by the Japanese company Koei, itself inspired by the novel of the same name by Luo Guanzhong (Romance of the Three Kingdoms), in which the story is interspersed with myth and legend.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms 3 recreates the relations of the feudal lords of XIVth century China through a strategy game for up to 8 players from a single PC. In the opening games of Romance of the Three Kingdoms 3, players will have to choose one among the six scenarios in which germinates the rebirth of modern China, particularly in the medieval period.

Don't expect action or melee battles in Romance of the Three Kingdoms 3, or in any of the games in this series, because development in the games is a purely cerebral affair, in the style of classic strategy games based on historical events.
